The whiskey baths were a fun way to unwind.
Felt rushed during checkout with no prior notification of the time.

I enjoyed my stay thanks to the delicious food options and the cozy common areas that were perfect for relaxation. the check-out experience was a bit unsettling due to a misunderstanding about the time, and the noise from neighboring rooms could be improved for a more restful night. Suitable for a relaxing getaway but be prepared for some quirks.

perfect base for exploring the southern highlands and beyond
I loved staying here for a weekend stroll through the Southern Highlands, where the nearby Colin Burt Reserve is just under 3 km away, offering lush scenery, while iconic mountains like Sgiath Chuil are also in easy reach. the staff were so friendly and my room was beautifully decorated and ultra comfortable.

Unique architectural design, engaging local wildlife observation, beautiful common lounge areas
The soundproofing between rooms could be significantly improved!!! More attention to bathroom cleanliness would enhance guests' comfort and satisfaction!!! The outdoor space could benefit from a garden that doesn’t overlook parked cars!!! Consider offering more activities for longer stays!!!

Exceptional breakfast and unique charm
The breakfast featured stunning coffee and a delightful selection of fresh pastries, making each morning a treat. The lodge's inviting decor and rustic charm provided a cozy atmosphere, enhanced by the lovely views of the surrounding hills. I appreciated the owners' personal touches and local recommendations, which made our stay memorable. the lack of WiFi might not suit everyone looking to stay connected.

Charming stay with great vibes!
We spent a night here, and it was super cozy. Love the character of the place, though our room felt a bit modern compared to the vintage decor. The breakfast was awesome, especially the coffee, and the staff was really nice. Just wished it was a little quieter since you can hear everything from other rooms.

We had a lovely visit to the picturesque Falls of Dochart, just a short drive from the lodge. The location is great for exploring Loch Lomond and its beautiful surroundings, making it easy to spend quality time with my family and mom.
My wife says that the dining options were limited and could use improvement, especially for families with children.

We had a fantastic time staying here with friends! The scenic Falls of Dochart and the stunning Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park are a must-visit. The lodge offers a range of activities and is perfect for relaxing after days of exploring. Definitely recommend the whisky distillery tours!
The only downside was the Wi-Fi which was a bit spotty at times, making it hard to stay connected with family back home.

I had a great time at Suie Hunting Lodge. The rustic decor created a cozy atmosphere that felt inviting from the moment I arrived. The Superior Queen Room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. I loved the views outside, especially from the lounge area where I could enjoy a drink and relax. The food was another highlight. breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, particularly the fresh local ingredients used. I did find the process of ordering breakfast a little cumbersome, having to fill out a checklist the night before. I encountered issues with Wi-Fi. it was unreliable, which made it tough to stay in touch. The lack of assistance with luggage to my room was a bit inconvenient, especially being on the second floor without an elevator. the welcoming vibe from the hosts and the quality of the meals made up for these small inconveniences.

The Superior Suite offers ample space with a cozy vibe, perfect for couples looking to kick back. The furnishings give off a comfortable yet functional feel, making it easy to unwind after a long day.
Checkout procedures could use some clarity. we felt rushed when a man knocked on our door at 10:50 AM, which wasn’t very welcoming considering we were already leaving. The absence of an information folder made it difficult to know the rules, and while the room was pleasant, a little more attention to detail could improve the overall experience, especially regarding the available amenities.
